About Me.

I recently earned my Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction from Georgia Tech, building on a background in architecture from Washington University in St. Louis. My journey from designing physical spaces to crafting digital experiences has shaped the way I approach UX—with systems thinking, spatial awareness, and a deep focus on human needs.
I grew up drawing, working with my hands, and observing the environment around me. I was motivated by the spontaneous variations of the natural world and wanted to explore how these could be used in the design of built spaces.
However, I became intrigued by how design could be more interactive and create a space where humans and technology are constantly engaged in learning and communication. I found that many principles of architecture could be applied to UI/UX. The user interface serves as the architecture of cyberspace, shaping how people engage and live their virtual lives, much like buildings. There is a similar understanding of human needs and behaviors to create the best user experience possible.
As I expanded my interest from the physical space into the digital space, design remained my passion and inspiration, allowing me to bring my multidisciplinary skills into this field. My architecture background informs my design approach, fostering a multi-layered, adaptive, and detail-oriented mindset. Design should always create a human connection and leave a positive lasting impression.
As a UX designer, my goal is to craft inclusive and intuitive technologies that improve accessibility in sectors like healthcare and education. I bring a blend of spatial thinking, knowledge of user-centric design, and a drive for social impact to all projects. I look for opportunities where I can take an existing design or problem and demonstrate the benefits of a more empathetic design as an effective solution.
Outside of UX, I have a passion for photography, particularly landscapes and capturing the spontaneity of the natural environment around me. I love singing, playing the piano, doing puzzles, and traveling, always on the lookout for sources of inspiration and opportunities to grow both as a designer and a person.
